Designation - Channel Program Executive:Job role includes deploying and running the channel program for partner development and also improve program effectiveness. This includes following procedures, process and activities to increase awareness and adoption of Channel program that increase partner effectiveness, establish partner loyalty and ultimately drive mutual growth for partners. Program includes Deal Registration, Lead generation Program, Training programs, Channel Marketing and Rewards/Incentive programs.Responsibilities: - Work directly with the Marketing & Channel Head to develop, prepare and implement the channel marketing plans for the Business Partner community in the region - Work on data of potential partners, communicate with them and fix up meetings for the Channel Head - Oversee timely plan submissions and ensure follow-up and communication with the Business Partners and Regional Channel teams & Channel Head - Work with marketing team and channel sales to understand future priorities, engage with the right partners and align their plans to IceWarp's objectives; - Closely monitor the channel marketing budgets invested in Business Partner led campaigns; interlock and hold recurrent calls to discuss and follow up on the channel marketing ROI with the set of partners and distributors; and submit the analytics and MIS to Marketing & Channel Head - Handle the co-marketing process for partners, responsible for checking and ensuring the Business Partner plans are demand generating, with a strong mix of tactics and in line with the Terms & Conditions of the program; - Educate and enable IceWarp stakeholders on processes, tools, new policies and design; educate and support marketing and sales, create and maintain education guides and communities; - Coordinate with internal teams with the objective of offering a high class support to partners and distributors in their day today business transaction and Building strong relationship with IceWarp.-
