Identify and analyze business opportunities through leads. Ensure conversion of qualified leads into customers Develop and manage Sales Pipeline and maintaining data in order to track it well to develop contacts and generate business. Closely work with various internal stake holders to address prospects critical needs and offer best-fit requirement solutions.  Responsible for executing campaigns and strategies for acquiring new business. Taking ownership of the companys marketing & sales strategy. Responsible to meet Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Target. Achieve or exceed Annual planned sales and gross profit margin objectives for the assigned territory and market segments, while maintaining expenses within assigned budgeted guidelines. Manage key financial metrics on various costs as a percentage of Sales. Nurture and cultivate potential customers and existing customers and generate revenue. Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the sales life cycle, being responsible for Cross-selling and Upselling.  Closely work with Market Research team and lead generation team by providing competitive positioning. Update and maintain all Customer related data in CRM System. B) Relationship management: Penetrate accounts and build effective relationships at the Executive level to develop strategic plans that effectively represent the companys interests. Effectively managing relationships with key customers in order to generate continuous business. Effectively increasing revenues and profitability with current customers and improving customer retention in a competitive market through improved customer relationships. Gathering key market intelligence from existing and new relationships and analyzing and utilizing the same for improved customer management. Desired Candidate Profile At least 7+ years of IT Services and Solutions sales experience in the area of IT Technology, B2B sales, Business development and customer relationship management.  Proven and successful track record in Business Development with Mid-size and large IT Software Services Organizations. Experience of handling and managing International Clients (US/Canada/Europe) is MUST. Must have excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written. Must be a self-starter, Target Oriented, Multi-tasker and self-motivated individual who works well under pressure.  Should be able to manage and guide the BD team in terms of planning and monitoring their work, and work on a target based model. Data / statistical and analytical abilities and acumen to interpret and capitalize on market information.  Must possess strong commercial and international Business Development acumen with successful track record to meet Quarterly/ Yearly Target and business growth. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Must possess Strong analytical and leadership skills, ability to lead change, mentor and motivate & support team. Skilled in organizational planning and people development. Should have business analysis, solution crafting, and interaction management and presentation skills. Formulating and Implementing high impact strategies to target new business opportunities and markets. Building lasting business relationship, design and implement winning strategies and divining challenging revenue goals. Provide timely sales forecasts and track pipeline of opportunities. Responsible to prepare business proposals, collateral, presentations, brochures, case studies, agreements and quotes to build a value proposition for the client. Validate proposals and solutions deliverables with due diligence.
