The Role of this inside Sales person is to identify and research target companies within the market place using over Phone and independent research. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients at Vice President and Executive levels. Lead Generation / Meetings Per Month Identifying different Decision makers in the potential target industry segment mapped with Product/ServicesFollow up with prospectsInvestigate requirements to Pre-qualify prospects over phoneCold CallingHandling Email & Web CampaignsBusiness DevelopmentGenerating Warm/Warm+ Leads (Warm+ lead is the organization which has need and budget for services we are proposing).Scheduling Appointments for the strategic partner/sales director.Competencies Required:We are looking for people who are passionate about Inside sales, self driven,Self Motivated and Disciplined . This role has the potential to scale up to a higher degree of responsibility and as such we are looking for someone with a high level of accountability and ownership. We are looking for someone with a sense of urgency and a positive, winning attitude.The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and he or she will enjoy setting benchmarks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills- fluency in verbal and written English is an absolute must.MBA's preferred. However a candidate with a BA or a BS with relevant work experience can also apply.Experience/Knowledge of working in a regional sales model in the UK/ US.Experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment.Proven experience of meeting/exceeding targets in a metric driven sales environment.1-5 years of experience in International Inside Sales/ International " Call Center " will be added advantage .Strong analytic and probing skills; attention to detail; good listener; good organizational skills.Excellent ability in analyzing opportunity for cross sell and up sell - ability to farm accounts.Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM Like Zoho .
