Maintaining a very good relationship with existing clients, retain them and grow more business with them. Be involved in cross-departmental functions to ensure quality and qualitative delivery of deliverables as promised and planned. Be prompt in resolving compliance issues or any clients complain/issue raised. Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients Close new business consistently at or above targeted level.
