NTT DATA Services currently seeks a L1 resource to join our team in Bangalore , Karn taka (IN - KA) , India (IN). L1 resource Alert monitoring and Creation of tickets for Issues / incidents , multiple alerts and manual creation Strong communication skills (Written and Spoken) Assigning the service order to respective team as per event reference and guideline Right priority has to be selected for the tickets created Acknowledging the Standard and critical service orders Warm hand off critical / high alerts to the respective team through IM / phone Warm hand off to onsite helpdesk / Team for Critical and High Priority Work with other monitoring team and service desk as and when required Monitoring all the queues assigned to the team and ensure to act without any miss on every alert / ticket This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA , Inc. or its subsidiaries.
