JOB TITLE : Manager-IT Department : IT Employment Type : Permanent Designation : Manager-IT Job Location : Navi Mumbai Objective Of This Role: (Brief description of the role, why are we hiring, and what will person in this role do) Site manager for new production site . Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform list all the relevant points) Manage information technology and computer systems Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time  Audit systems and assess their outcomes Preserve assets, information security and control structures Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness Education & Trainings: BE, MCA,MBA , MCM with at least MCSE (Basic & Professional) Technical knowhow: (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced) Mandatory: Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Expertise in data center management and data governance , Virtulization Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation Ability to manage personnel BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field Good to know: Soft Skills: (Inputs on soft skills required for role, like team management, communication, customer management etc) Self-motivated, Focused, Good Team Player, Positive Attitude, Good communication skills written and verbal, proactive.
