MPS ENGINEER LOCATION- ABU DHABI GENDER –MALE EXPERIENCE – 5-8 YEARS  Job Description · Installation, configuration and support for Print Management solution software and hardware, assemblies and connections at customers´ site for large MPS contracts in high profile organizations.· Well experienced in server installation and trouble shooting· Provide consultations for print Management software solution and hardware, assemblies and connections.· Provide second and third level technical support (e-mail, phone calls, on-site support)· Troubleshoot incidents and provide problem analysis and software testing· Coordinate with the Project team on daily basis· Deliver technical training and presentations to customers and internal departments· Build and sustain a relationship as the highest technical contact for Customer· Deliver the highest level of satisfaction with the services offered by the company· Writing of technical documentation· Deliver implementations, upgrades and configurations of Print Management Products. Profile and experience· Fluent English and Arabic language a big plus.· Driving license.· Young and enthusiastic looking to establish a long term career· End user background· College or university graduate with Engineering degree in Computer science/IT· Independent, customer oriented· At least 5 years of experience in IT services INCLUDING SERVERS· Ability to troubleshoot issues without supervision and deliver easy-to-follow solutions· Skills to prepare and provide Technical training and presentations· Experience with technical documents writing· Working experience with Server operating systems and networks (Windows, Linux, UNIX, TCP/IP, SQL , Clustering, LDAP, Active Directory, Exchange Server etc.)SKILLS · Proactive understanding of customer’s needs and delivery of satisfactory services/solutions · Reliable and trustworthy.  SEND CV’s at Vaishali.econn@gmail.com or call at +91-7973495020
