Principal Responsibilities:Should not just be an outstanding engineer, but will bring a mind-set of creativity, innovation and balance bleeding edge technology development with a relentless pursuit of timely product engineering delivery.Responsible for design innovation, effectiveness, usability tests and to act proactively, take smart risks, think systematically, implement designs quickly, innovate fiercely, coding and tackle challenges of a running and maintaining a real world.Understand consumer behaviour by studying analytics & competitors and define product vision and strategy keeping in mind business impact and user experience.Should have ability to take responsibility of final user experience of the product - From planning, scoping and creation of innovative design solutions. Opportunities:Working with Top MNC Company like IRCTC, NPCI, VISA India, Banks, Telecom Operators, Airlines, etc.Reporting directly to the Technical Head and also with CTO, CMO and senior managements. Core Competencies:Strong experience in PHP and MySQL for designing for mobile and web-based application in B2B/B2C.Experience with major browsers, HTML 5, CSS3, Ajax, JSON, JQuery, frameworks like Bootstrap, etc. with ability to imagine (layout, typography, colour and other design principles) and rapidly iterate on beautiful, pixel perfect visuals.Experience on Web Service Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).Knowledge of entire development life cycle.Experience in the Financial Industry, Digital Payments or Travel Space would be a good to have, but not mandatory.Experience of handling products on a large scale but not mandatory.Multitasking abilities are a must as you will be handling more than one project at a time.  Experience: 3 – 6 years Educational Qualifications: B.E. / B. Tech. / M.E. / M.
