Configuration of various softwares as required. Email administration (New email generation, email configuration etc) for new joinee Data Backup arrangements IT Assets management and maintaining records for same Monthly Application Support as required e.g. TMS, WMS, SAP, Tally etc - As per SLA Application Training as required Supporting in data analysis, data collection, data filteration as required Supporting PPT preparation to be presented in meetings and customers - As required Resolving all the issues arising in the office and location from time to time Troubleshooting Education Requirements University graduate degree in information technology/computer application Masters degree in computer application will be preferred. Experience Requirements 2 5 years of prior experience in IT department with reputed organization. Candidates having knowledge of supply chain softwares will be given preference. Personal Characteristics Quick learner and ready to accept challenges. Good communication skills English & Hindi Ability for multitasking. Ability to work under pressure. Skill and Knowledge Requirements Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
