Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, educate patients and others, and document findings. Continually review and adjust plans as needed. Per diem position requires NC speech language pathologist license. Home care & brain injury exp. preferred.

Will conduct home health care visits on a per diem basis. Must have a current RN license for the state of Virginia and a minimum of one year of recent work experience. Experience with electronic medical records and Oasis preferred.

Contract role. Travel. Needs a license as a RN in Maryland and one year’ RN experience. Follow a designated care plan, make facility visits in designated territory, monitor clients conditions, perform client assessments and document observations.
