Part-time or per diem position. Will be responsible for completing home health care visits in the North Denver area. Must have a current RN license for the state of Colorado and a minimum of one year of nursing experience.

Provide case management for behavioral health and substance abuse cases. Perform consultation/assistance by both phone calls and meetings. Requires a Psychology license, a master’s degree, and 2 yrs’ exp. Full-time position, both field & home-based.

Behavioral health care advocate with a masters degree & two years of clinical exp is needed for a full-time,, work from home (optional) opportunity. There is a sign-on bonus with this position. Key tasks will include conducting patient assessments.
