Immediate need for a Collections Representative maintaining customer files, reconciling customer disputes, making collections calls, logging all activity, and other assigned tasks. Prior related work experience required. Temporary to hire position.

Full-time, mostly telecommuting position. Will be responsible for providing customer service and support. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous call center, sales, or collections experience.

Contract job. Pays $13.00 per hour. Needs an associate’s degree in accounting and one year’ collections/customer service experience. Serve as Credit and Collections help desk for inquiries, resolve customer issues and monitor compliance of districts.

Contract role. Pays $18.00 per hour. Needs three years’ collections experience and understands Accounts Receivable and financial risks. Provide customer focused support to clients and make outbound calls to commercial accounts about delinquencies.
