Part-time patient services associate will handle high volume incoming calls, review the charts and insurance referrals/authorizations, coordinate office communication flow and will perform all other tasks. High School Diploma or GED required.

Patient Services Associate is needed for a part-time opportunity. Candidate is responsible for smooth clinic, patient, and billing flow. Must verify insurance coverage and perform other duties as needed. HS diploma and prior related experience req.

Part-time candidate will evaluate patients’ ongoing ability to care for themselves, monitor patient progress, and supply care based on a patient’s specific needs. A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field preferred.

Work with individual patients to ensure needs are being met; ensure patient awareness of available services and assistance. Requires 1 yr’ experience, an associate’s degree, and a license as RN and/or Care Manager. Full-time, mostly remote position.
