Seeking a home health physical therapist for a Per Diem/part-time opportunity. Performs in-home patient assessments and related treatment therapies. A current PT license in the state of MA, 1+ yrs.’ related exp., and computer proficiency needed.

Perform diagnostic tests/measurements, develop care plans, and provide education to physical therapy patients within senior living communities. Part-time or per diem opportunity. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with 1 year of experience.

Physical therapist will perform in-home evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, monitor improvements. VA-based PT license, one+ year PT experience, computer proficiency, PT degree required. Part-time job with as-needed, per diem hours.

PRN position with rotating weekends for a home health physical therapist. Perform in-home patient assessments to determine and implement treatment plan. Must be a graduate of an approved program with current licensure and CPR certification.

Part-time job. Pays $35.55 per hour. Needs bachelor’s degree and and work related experience and licensed in WA. Evaluates assigned patients and establishes a treatment plan and goals, use data from various sources and completes patient treatment.

Ideal applicants for this entry-level, part-time opening will have a graduate degree in physical therapy and prior experience. Will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing effective, goal-based treatment plans.
