Seeking a senior recruiter for a freelance, temp-to-hire position conducting sourcing tasks, seeking out potential job candidates, coordinating schedules, building relationships. Seven+ years’ related experience, digital ad agency experience a must.

Coordinate with IT and operations leaders/management to extract needs, and recruit fitting candidates. Must have a strong technical candidate recruiting record and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent exp. Full-time, temporary position paying $30/hr.

Short-term contract opportunity. Will be responsible for recruiting IT staff. Must have a strong IT recruiting background and knowledge of social media sourcing and recruiting. Bachelor’s degree needed.
