Part-time, on-call opportunity. Duties include directing & supervising activities of rehab technicians, SLP students, & volunteers, evaluating patients, establishing care plans, documenting evaluations, and communicating progress to clinical staff.

Seeking speech language pathologist for a per diem opportunity. Will be responsible for conducting home health visits. Must have a current license to practice in the state of Virginia. Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Per diem speech language pathologist will be responsible for completing home health visits. Must have a current license to practice in the state of North Carolina. Experience with electronic medical records desired.

Per diem position. Will be responsible for providing speech-language pathology services for home health care clients. Must have a current license to practice in the state of South Carolina. Certificate of clinical competence needed.

This entry-level position will work on an as-needed, per-diem basis to provide in-home speech therapy support. Applicants are required to have a graduate degree in speech language pathology, as well as an active professional state license.

Will be responsible for providing speech-language pathology services in a home health care environment on a per diem basis. Candidates must have a current license to practice in the state of Vermont and a certificate of clinical competence.

In addition to a graduate degree in speech-language pathology, qualified applicants will have an active state license. Prior experience ideal. Will be responsible for traveling regionally to provide in-home therapy on a per-diem, as-needed basis.

Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, educate patients and others, and document findings. Continually review and adjust plans as needed. Per diem position requires NC speech language pathologist license. Home care & brain injury exp. preferred.
