Contract, short-term job. Pays $15 CAD per hour. Needs a diploma and two years’ precessing AP and AR experience. Performs basic accounting functions, answer customer questions, research problems and or complaints, verify and post bills and invoices.

Accounting specialist with three years related experience and stellar interpersonal skills is needed for a contract opportunity. Compensation is starting at $18 an hour. Primary tasks will include reviewing vendor invoices and other relevant duties.

Contract role. Need two years’ accounts payable experience and pays attention to detail and has 10 key skills. Use accounting software to match, code and submit invoices, reconcile and set up new vendor accounts and work with vendors to fix issues.

6 month contract to hire position. Will work with a team preparing, analyzing, and reporting information and records, assisting with customer billing, and managing accounts payable and expense reports. Prior accounting experience is required.

Responsible for processing credit/debit memos and posting payments. Will assist with A/R tasks and ensure the accuracy of information that is input into a ledger system. One year of accounting experience is needed. Temp to hire.

Contract role. Pays $20.00 per hour. Needs a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has three to five years’ accounting experience. Resolve account payable discrepancies, issue payments to vendors and will prepare journal entries and make adjustments.

Will be responsible for managing billing and payments and handling reconciliations. Must have 2 to 5 years of accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related area. Contract/temporary-to-hire opportunity.
