Contract role. Needs experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Enter invoices into the system, provide approval codes, perform 3 way match with invoices, shipping receipts and POs, maintain the vendor database and review invoices for accuracy.

Contract job, pays $18.00 per hour. Needs two years’ accounts payable experience. Maintain the filing system to ensure that files are complete, review and analyze AP aging and other reports, prepare general ledger analysis and review invoices.

Contract role. Need two years’ accounts payable experience and pays attention to detail and has 10 key skills. Use accounting software to match, code and submit invoices, reconcile and set up new vendor accounts and work with vendors to fix issues.
