Covert into detailed hand-drawn vector

Hello hand illustrators – I’m looking to have the attached art traced and hand-drawn, to help soften the edges and give it a little more hand-drawn detail. The image will remain white on black and this would need to be sent as a vector file.

We use Vectorworks 2D to create waterproofing detailing of buildings and structures based on architectural drawings. We would provide architectural drawings with our waterproofing system hand-drawn in. We can provide a few of our marked-up drawings in Vectorworks to show exactly what we require. See
