Optimize healthcare outcomes by coordinating with members and providers. Ensure receipt of adequate care. Support quality initiatives. Requires 3+ yrs’ related exp. and a HS diploma or GED. Full-time, partly remote position with frequent travel.

Assess members, develop plans/goals, and oversee the effectiveness of patient plans. Some telecommuting position with heavy travel. Must be a licensed RN in Tennessee or a compact state, have 5+ years’ healthcare exp, and 3+ years’ clinical exp.
