Part-time, temporary-to-hire role. Candidate will oversee accurate order processing, and receive phone calls. Must have 1-2 years of order entry experience, excellent phone presence, and the ability to multitask. Pays $12-13 per hour.

Answer inbound calls received from customers and respond to emails relating to orders. Will handle the input and processing of orders. A HS diploma and at least one year of experience is needed. Temp to hire with pay rate of $14.01/hr.

Invoicing clerk needed for a freelance position with temp-to-hire potential. Will generate order invoices, process bills, support departmental project needs. MS Excel proficiency, exceptional interpersonal skills, data entry ability required.

Contract data entry clerk will create request for purchase orders, track requests from initiation through purchase order generation and will track invoice approval from business requestor. Solid attention to detail and data entry accuracy required.

Temporary to full-time opportunity. Will be responsible for ordering and sending out parts and completing data entry projects. Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and 2 + years of data entry experience. $13.30 to $15.40 per hour.
