I’m seeking an expert in WordPress. We are in need of modifying an existing website to add video and image place holders for the videos. The video placeholders should be able to accept links as well as code.

I purchased a WordPress theme (attached) and would like the following additions/modifications made to the theme:•Login/database: function to sign up for newsletter, discussion board post, and reviews. Ability to add pic. Sign up via email or Facebook. Provide notifications back when someone replies

Looking for someone to help with a wordpress real estate theme installation, facebook page, twitter, basic SEO. The theme is real estate. May be some modifications needed. Possible for long term contract.Need to be able tow work with images.. Will be required to enter in some content as well.
